Hotel check-in is at 2:00PM and check-out before 10:00AM.  If you require a late checkout or early check-in, please discuss your requirements with us via the Airbnb app either prior to arrival or when checking in. Whilst we will accommodate wherever possible, please note requests are subject to availability.

Please ensure your vehicle is parked fully between the yellow lines directly in front of the guest house. These markings are actively enforced, and guests have been fined in the past for parking outside the lines. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Barrier House enforces a strict no party policy at all times. Any breach may result in immediate cancellation of the stay.

To keep the space fresh and comfortable for all guests, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property

Use the wall screen to the right of the main double doors in the living room to play music. You can also connect your device via Bluetooth.

As the space is small, the best way to run air-conditioning is on the low fan setting (if there is a whistle it may be turned up too high) and turn temperature up and down. Where possible leave the sliding mirror door to bathroom open enough so the extractor can work properly and remove warm air. 

The Q Super Centre is within walking distance, along with major supermarkets like Coles, Woolworths, and Aldi, plus cafes and other essentials.

The screen saver can be bright and distracting at night. Hold the power button on the remote to turn it off.
